When Shall The Man Come to Police Station - A KP Astrology Case Study

Today (30 June 2024), my father lost his mobile phone on his way to the café near our residence. He didn't realize it was missing until he needed it later. Assuming he might have left it at home, he sent one of my café employees back to check.

The employee went to our house and dialed the number. Surprisingly, a police officer answered the call. After some initial inquiry, the officer instructed us to come to the police station to retrieve the mobile. The employee promptly informed us about this development.

I accompanied my father to the police station where the duty officer made further inquiries. We were informed that a cyclist had found the mobile and brought it to the station. They contacted the cyclist who was on his way home, and we were asked to wait for his arrival.

Out of curiosity about when the cyclist would arrive at the police station, I noted the time:

The Ascendant was at 24.46 degrees Scorpio, so Mars represented the sign. However, no other RPs supported it. So the chances of cyclist reaching the police station during this ascendant were very weak. The next sign, Sagittarius, contained Ketu, Venus, and Sun Nakshatras (two of the three RPs) , indicating that the event might occur when the Ascendant changed.

Considering the degrees of Scorpio, the Ascendant was expected to change approximately 12 minutes later (at 5:55 + 0.12 = 6:07 PM).

Coincidentally, at exactly 6:07 PM according to the mobile phone clock, the cyclist entered the police station.

After necessary formalities, we got the mobile back.

When Will the Electricity Power Resume - A Real Case Study

There was a power breakdown on June 28, 2024, in the suburban area of Varanasi, as mentioned in the news. The newspaper clipping is here about the same.

There was restlessness in the affected area as it was a hot summer day, and the electricity supply had stopped at around 3:30 PM.

I was also in the same area, sweating and waiting for the electricity to return as the inverters succumbed to the demand pressure after a couple of hours.

It was then that I thought of using astrology to determine when the power might resume, so I created a chart.

When I saw the chart, the ruling planets (RPs) were Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus.T he ascendant was Pisces.

I started calculating. The ascendant lord had its own and Saturn’s nakshatras in Pisces, suggesting that the electricity should return within this lagna (about 40 minutes) or after at least 2 hours and 40 minutes.

It’s noteworthy that the Moon was in Pisces, indicating a fast change in the situation. Moreover, since I witnessed the progress made by the electricians, I hoped that electricity would return within 40 minutes, i.e., before the ascendant changed.

The electricity came back at about 12:45 AM on June 29, 2024, within 40 minutes of creating the horary chart.

HOW TO CHECK SUCCESS OF ANY EVENT

The Prashna Technique offers a traditional means to assess the prospects of success in a given venture. Here's a detailed breakdown:

Step 1: Select a Number: Choose any number between 1 and 249, representing the subject of your inquiry or task under consideration.

Step 2: Division: Divide your chosen number by 12.

Step 3: Note the Remainder: Record the remainder obtained after division.

Interpretation:

  1. If the remainder is 0, 2, 6, 10, or 11, it indicates a strong likelihood of success, with outcomes expected to be favorable.
  2. A remainder of 1, 3, 7, or 9 suggests potential challenges and delays in achieving success, with the success rate estimated at 50-50. Patience and perseverance may be required to navigate obstacles.
  3. A remainder of 4, 5, or 8 signifies a higher probability of failure, implying significant hurdles or obstacles that could impede success.

By following these steps and interpreting the remainder accordingly, valuable insights into the potential outcome of the endeavor can be gained.

WHAT IS DEEPTAMSHA

Deeptamsha refers to the extent of influence of an aspecting planet, delineating the orb within which the planet's aspect remains effective. For instance, a planet's 7th house aspect signifies its influence on the 7th house relative to its own placement. However, in practical application, this influence isn't uniformly spread across the entire 30 degrees of the house. For instance, a planet positioned near the end of a sign may not effectively aspect a planet positioned at the beginning of the seventh sign from it, despite traditional claims suggesting otherwise.

"Deeptamsha" can be translated as "illuminated by the lamp." This configuration is believed to bring a special kind of illumination,  enlightenment to, or impact on, the native's life.

Deeptamsha identifies the area of maximum impact of an aspecting planet, delineating specific degrees:

Planet         Deeptamsha (Degrees)
Sun             15
Moon             12
Mars             8
Mercury     7
Jupiter             9
Venus             7
Saturn             9

This maximum impact zone typically spans 180 degrees, plus or minus the Deeptamsha measurement.

TAROT - MINOR ARCANA - AN INTRODUCTION

The Minor Arcana is one of the two main divisions of a standard Tarot deck, with the other being the Major Arcana. It consists of 56 cards and is further divided into four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles (or Coins). Each suit contains 14 cards, numbered from Ace to 10, followed by four Court Cards: Page, Knight, Queen, and King.

The Minor Arcana cards typically focus on everyday experiences, events, emotions, and challenges encountered in life. They offer insights into more specific situations, actions, and attitudes compared to the broader, more archetypal themes explored in the Major Arcana.

The attention to detail in interpreting the twenty-two Trumps Major of the Tarot has been extensive, if not exhaustive, due to the unquestionable symbolism they hold. However, there remains the exploration of the four suits, constituting the Lesser Arcana. These suits are the:

  1. Wands or Scepters, theorized to be the predecessors of Diamonds in modern playing cards, are associated with the element of Fire, Wands symbolize creativity, inspiration, action, and energy.
  2. Cups, equivalent to Hearts; are associated with the element of Water, Cups represent emotions, relationships, intuition, and the subconscious mind.
  3. Swords, likened to Clubs, symbolizing the weapon of chivalry in contrast to the peasant's quarter-staff or the Alsatian bludgeon; and finally, are associated with the element of Air, Swords signify thoughts, intellect, communication, and conflicts.
  4. Pentacles—also known as Deniers and Money—which serve as prototypes for Spades. These are associated with the element of Earth, Pentacles represent material possessions, finances, health, and the physical world.

Furthermore, the numeric value of each card—from Aces to Tens, along with the Court Cards—carries specific energy and messages, shaping the interpretation of each draw:

  1. Aces: Symbolize beginnings, potential, and initiative.
  2. Twos: Indicate balance and the need for equilibrium.
  3. Threes: Represent communication, influence, and interactions with others.
  4. Fours: Signify rest, contemplation, and reassessment.
  5. Fives: Denote adversity, conflict, and challenges to be overcome.
  6. Sixes: Symbolize growth, understanding, and progress.
  7. Sevens: Encourage faith, confidence, and determination.
  8. Eights: Highlight work, change, and the need for adaptation.
  9. Nines: Portray fruition and the culmination of efforts.
  10. Tens: Signify completion, final outcomes, and the end of a cycle.
  11. Pages: Indicate messages, beginnings, and the gathering of information.
  12. Knights: Represent movement, action, and setting plans in motion.
  13. Queens: Symbolize feminine power, wisdom, and guidance.
  14. Kings: Denote authority, mastery, and belief in one's abilities.

In both the old and new suits, there are ten numbered cards, yet the Tarot uniquely assigns four Court Cards to each suit, adding a Knight to the traditional trio of King, Queen, and Knave. The Knave, typically depicted as a page, valet, or damoiseau, is most accurately portrayed as an esquire, presumably serving the Knight. However, certain rare Tarot sets depict the page as a maid of honor, thus balancing the genders within the court card quartet. While there are distinct characteristics distinguishing the various depictions within each suit, such as the King of Wands differing from the King of Cups, their symbolism primarily lies in their rank and association with their respective suits.
